Mission
We have been operating for fifty years in the province of Bergamo in the precision mechanics sector, collaborating with important Italian and foreign companies. Our mission has always been to provide our customers with products and services of the highest quality and maximum flexibility in the management of orders to fully respond to individual requests. At the heart of our business is the desire to contribute to the growth of the territory by offering a possibility of employment and growth to the young people of our province.
Who we are
We were born in 1972 as a family-run company, it carries out precision mechanical machining for the automotive, energy, nautical, food and machine tool and industrial sectors.
We specialize in the production of prototype parts, single pieces and small batches. Thanks to the use of a technologically advanced machine park, high quality production processes and the high know-how of the staff, we put our experience at the customer's service to satisfy every request and guarantee solutions ranging from the choice of materials to the of heat / surface treatments.
We use turning centers (vertical and horizontal), machining centers (3 and 5 axes) and grinding centers. Design and processing are supported by CAD and CAD-CAM systems. With recent investments in digital technologies, our company has joined the Industry 4.0 Plan.
Strengths are reliability, flexibility, competence dictated by many years of experience as well as the quality that characterizes our ISO 9001 certified quality management system.

History
We were born in 1972 as a family-run company with four founding partners including an important manager from the mechanical-textile area, which at the time was particularly active in the province of Bergamo. The main sector of use is that of processing for third parties.
In the following years we recruit and train various collaborators while maintaining, by will, size and “artisanal” style. At the same time, the sectors in which we operate have expanded and we introduce the first numerical control machines. Always in step with the times, the last few years have seen the introduction of the latest design and processing techniques such as CAD and CAD-CAM systems.
In 2013, to expand our market share and diversify the sectors in which we operate, we acquired O.M.P., a leading company in the world of valves. The Automotive and Oil & Gas divisions are born from the synergy between the two companies.
Today we have three owners and fourteen employees for each division. The staff trained with patience and passion over the years allows us to be particularly competitive in the production of single pieces and small-medium series.
